CNA - Assisted Living (Full Time)

Provide exemplary care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, grooming, mobility, and light housekeeping while fostering autonomy and participation in their chosen routines. Proactively organize resident care, identify individual needs and preferences, and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to adjust care plans and ensure necessary supplies. Accurately report unusual symptoms, maintain daily regulatory records, and assist with emergencies, fire drills, and move-in/out procedures. Answer phones, assist visitors, and participate in in-service training and meetings. Work AM shifts (7 AM - 3 PM) on a 4-2 rotation with pay ranging from $24.50 to $29 per hour.
