Job Summary
CNA/NAR needed for AM Shift (6AM-2PM) at Suite Living Senior Care in West Saint Paul, MN to provide resident-centered care. You will assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), support mobility and transfers, help with medication administration (training provided), engage residents in meaningful activities, provide light housekeeping and meal assistance, monitor changes in condition, and respond quickly and calmly in emergencies. Ideal candidates have caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care, CNA certification preferred, CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred, and demonstrate empathy, reliability, and strong communication as part of a compassionate care team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- CNA Certification preferred
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- AM Shift (6AM-2PM)
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
