Job Summary
Provide direct personal care to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and feeding under RN supervision. Ensure resident dignity and quality of life while maintaining independence and dependability in diverse care settings. Requires current MN CNA license, age 18 or older, and ability to work AM, PM, or NOC shifts with every other weekend rotation. Located in NE Minneapolis with bus access.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Current MN CNA license
- Ability to work independently and dependably to efficiently deliver care to meet resident needs
- Ability to work with residents from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain continuing education credits as required
- Reading, writing and speaking in English

- More than 6 months experience
