Job Summary
Assist residents with daily activities, provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming, and monitor patient conditions while communicating with the care team to ensure quality care. Active Arizona CNA certification is required, along with CPR/BLS certification and Level 1 fingerprint clearance. Flexible 12-hour shifts available: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (Day) and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (Night). Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of Arizona
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
