Job Summary
Conduct personal care including baths, oral hygiene, and bed linens changes. Assist patients with dressing and undressing, prepare nutritious meals, and feed patients. Observe patient skin to prevent tissue breakdown and report condition changes to the Case Manager. Work Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. Requires state certification, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- Maintains a current CPR Certification
- List on the state aide registry with a clear record
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
