Job Summary
Support patients with activities of daily living, obtain and report vital signs, and document care accurately in an acute care hospital setting. Communicate with nursing leadership to coordinate patient care priorities and report changes in condition. Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment by restocking supplies and ensuring equipment cleanliness. Work 12-hour variable shifts in a fast-paced hospital environment, with an additional 15% seasonal differential and a $1,000 completion bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate
- Current CPR certification as applicable to assigned area
- Understanding of confidentiality laws that govern the provider-patient relationship, including but not limited to HIPAA guidelines
- Variable 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week
- Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed
