Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in facilities by monitoring vital signs, assisting with feeding and personal hygiene, managing transfers and ambulation, and completing tasks outlined in the Plan of Care. Partner with facility staff to ensure continuity of care while engaging clients in appropriate activities. This role requires Current State of Maine CNA Certification, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance, and a compassionate demeanor.
