Job Summary
CNA needed for 3p-11p full-time shift with every-other weekend day or every third full weekend plus every other holiday. Responsibilities include providing AM/PM care per resident care plans, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility and transfers, personal hygiene, feeding, documentation, and ensuring infection prevention and safety. Maintains confidentiality, supports QAPI initiatives, participates in trainings, and collaborates with nursing staff to deliver compassionate geriatric care. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and to work as part of a team in a long-term care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania State Certification for nursing assistant. Must be in good standing.
- Criminal history background clearance – Act 169 & Act 13.
