Job Summary
Provide direct care to elderly residents on the 2nd shift in Marion, IN. Observe and report changes in patients' condition to the supervising nurse; assist with geriatric care needs and activities of daily living per individual care plans. Communicate professionally and respectfully, fostering positive resident and family relationships. Must hold CNA or HHA certification; experience in a long-term or assisted living facility is a plus. Collaborate effectively within a team to support resident well-being and safety.
