Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care under supervision by assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transferring, hygiene, and ambulation. Answer call lights and complete documentation of care provided while adhering to HCF policies and the resident care plan. Report any abnormal findings, injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse, or unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain job-related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual.
Required Qualifications
- State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Must follow HCF Policies and Procedures
- Must meet job related competencies as outlined in the Skills Competency Manual for STNA or CNA
- Is already a State Tested Nurse Aide or will successfully complete and pass a State approved Nurse Aide training program and competency exam within four months of date of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
