CNA - 1 West - 36 hours, nights

Perform basic patient care activities under RN supervision, assisting with emotional, physical, and spiritual needs while greeting patients and visitors. Answer and screen telephone calls, route inquiries, and report abnormal findings or changes in patient conditions to nursing staff. Maintain unit and patient room cleanliness and stock levels. Work 36 hours weekly on the night shift (7p–7a) with rotating weekend and holiday requirements on the CardioPulmonary Med/Surg unit at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta. Requires a valid CNA certificate from the State of Maine.
