Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a post-acute skilled nursing setting, including assisting with daily living, observing residents, and reporting changes to nursing staff. Administer treatments and medications as instructed, document care accurately, greet and orient residents, help with mobility and transfers, and maintain a warm, safe, and respectful environment. Must hold a valid SC CNA certification, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent; shifts are 12 hours with a full-time schedule and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Follow care plans, protect resident privacy, and collaborate with the nursing team to support resident well-being and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- CNA Certification from an accredited program
- Active South Carolina CNA Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Positive attitude and passion for resident care
