Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents per individualized care plans; assist with daily nursing tasks, monitoring, and documenting care; observe and report changes in condition; maintain privacy and security of resident information; support residents with daily activities, transfers, and personal care; adhere to facility policies and procedures; 12-hour shift structure with day and night options; CNA certification and CPR required; opportunities for advancement and benefits include healthcare coverage and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- ACTIVE South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification
- Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Assistant Program
- Current CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
