Job Summary
Supply Chain Specialist administers and coordinates Global Recycled Standard (GRS) transaction certificate applications for Milliken's Apparel SBU in Asia-Pacific. This role handles end-to-end preparation and submission of TC applications to third-party certification bodies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet growing customer sustainability requirements. Serves as the key bridge between Milliken, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies in the GRS compliance process, while providing flexible support for related supply chain and logistics operations as business needs evolve. Responsibilities include preparing and submitting TC applications, collecting, verifying and reconciling documents, inputting detailed data into third-party portals, liaising with internal and external partners, tracking workflow status, maintaining digital filing systems, identifying process improvements, supporting annual GRS audits, and providing flexible support for related supply chain and logistics activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, textiles, supply chain/logistics, international trade, or commerce preferred
- At least 3 years’ experience in textile/apparel supply chain, logistics, import & export documentation, or international trade
- Familiarity with textile production flows (yarn to fabric to finished goods) preferred
- ERP system experience (SAP preferred); proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online portals
- Native Chinese proficiency; good English reading and writing skills
- Prior experience with sustainability certifications (GRS, RCS, GOTS) a plus
