Job Summary
The CN Material Handler is responsible for reading, comprehending, and applying written work instructions while performing detail-oriented and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include complying with safety instructions, performance and conduct standards, and following client policies. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision while completing training requirements timely. Physical demands include standing, walking, and manipulating weights of 10-50 pounds, as well as the ability to inspect, rework, and sort parts according to customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Read, comprehend, and apply written work instruction
- Capable of performing detail-oriented and repetitive work
- Good oral and written communication
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass initial and subsequent drug screenings
Additional Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate weights of 10 – 50 pounds for extended periods of time
- 20/20 vision/corrected vision with no color blindness
