Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of a fertilizer supply facility to maximize profit margins while maintaining efficiency. Maintain daily records of incoming and outbound product shipments, invoice shipments, and receive deliveries. Monitor employee performance, conduct responsible training, and assign clear job definitions. Build relationships with the customer base and key suppliers, and repair or maintain the facility while keeping accurate maintenance records. Communicate with supervisors and utilize resources to maximize profitability and ensure a safe working environment. Requires five or more years in agriculture, leadership experience, and proficiency in Excel.
