Job Summary
Maintain project folders and documentation to ensure drawings, plan sheets, RFIs, and submittals remain organized and up to date across internal systems and client portals. Coordinate billing and reporting flow by capturing testing performed, e-tickets, and reports while reviewing submissions for consistency before turn-in. Manage incoming client and project requests to track submissions and follow-ups, and monitor admin metrics to flag labor anomalies to site leads. Support site leadership by handling detail-heavy coordination work so field leaders can focus on execution. This role exists to bring order and responsiveness to active project environments where documentation and billing activity can lag.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record
- Strong computer skills, including Excel
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Able to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
- Able to work in a fast-paced construction-support environment
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
- Administrative, project coordination, construction support, or operations support experience
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Experience in construction administration, project coordination, dispatch, operations support, or materials testing support
- Familiarity with construction drawings, submittals, RFIs, and document control
- Experience working in client portals / document management systems
- Construction experience or exposure
