CMT(Medication Aide/ Med Tech)

Administer medications safely according to physician orders, state regulations, and community policies while accurately documenting all resident care. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility. Monitor residents for condition changes, communicate concerns to the nursing team, and support resident independence through compassionate, person-centered care. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members while helping maintain a safe, clean environment. Participate in resident engagement and daily community activities as needed. Part-time, 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) with PRN availability. Active Maryland CMT certification and minimum six months of Medication Aide experience required.
