Job Summary
Obtain samples of concrete, soils, aggregates, and asphalt from work sites and perform laboratory tests following established procedures. Record results, enter data into the computer, and submit reports while communicating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate work. Maintain lab testing equipment through cleaning, repairs, and calibration, ensuring adherence to ASTM, FDOT, and AASHTO standards. Participate in lab accreditation and audits while maintaining strict safety protocols. This role supports soil and construction material testing operations for RADISE International, LC in Riviera Beach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED or 2 years material testing (field or lab)
- Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to lift samples, at times up to 75+ pounds
- Pass drug and background screening tests
- Familiar with ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO testing standards
- Familiar and participate in lab accreditation & Audits
- Adhere to strict safety standards
- ACI Aggregate Testing Technician Level 1
- ACI Aggregate Base Testing Technician
- Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician Level 1
- CTQP LBR Testing Technician
- ACI Concrete Strength testing Technician
- ACI Masonry Testing Technician
