Job Summary
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) supports medication administration under RN/LPN supervision in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility. Responsible for basic nursing tasks and activities of daily living for residents, requiring a valid CMT license, state registry, CPR, and strong English communication. Works full- or part-time day/evening/night shifts in a senior living community, delivering compassionate geriatric care and collaborating with staff to meet facility goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED Degree required
- Active CMT License
- Registration with the State registry is required
- CPR certification is mandatory
- Knowledge of medication administration, duration, and side effects
- Exhibits well-developed communication skills. Can professionally receive and follow oral instructions in English
