Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting while preparing meals and administering medication reminders. Perform vital sign checks, lead range of motion exercises, and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices. Maintain close relationships with clients to support their independence and safety at home. Requires at least one year of work experience and certification as a Certified Medical Technician. Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
Required Qualifications

- Successfully completed a recognized CMT training course
- Certified to work as a Certified Medical Technician
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
