CMSLC School Counselor (Middle School Focus)

Provide a comprehensive middle school counseling program for grades 6–8, delivering individual and small-group counseling, collaborating with the School Social Worker and support staff, and serving on MTSS, PBIS, and BARR teams. Lead and participate in data-informed planning and decision-making, coordinate transitions from 5th to 6th grade (including orientation and family communication), assist with the school master schedule, and support college and career readiness as part of a collaborative school culture. Maintain accurate, FERPA-compliant student records and engage in professional learning and leadership opportunities to promote student success and well-being.
