CMP Process Support Engineer

Job Summary
Process Support Engineer responsible for guiding semiconductor equipment through lifecycle with on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems; collaborate with customers and R&D to develop leading-edge processes for advanced chips; create hypothesis experiments and DOEs, analyze data with statistics, and prepare high-level reports; troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analyses, and resolve diverse process engineering and customer product challenges across CVD, ALD, RIE, PVD, anneal, and implant technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/ physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry
- English language proficiency
