Job Summary
The CMP Process Engineer will monitor wafer fabrication processes, qualify new tools, and coordinate process qualifications. Key responsibilities include making process adjustments, executing in-line changes, and continuously revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Required qualifications include a BS or MS in relevant fields and 2+ years of engineering experience. Desired skills include scripting, statistical methods, and proficiency in data analysis software.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years prior work experience
- BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Computer Science
Desired Qualifications
- Experience scripting in Python, VBA, or equivalent language
- Understanding of statistical methods
- Experience in Change Point Management
- Understanding of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles
- Ability to perform Structure Problem Solving (8D, 7-step, etc..)
- Experience using Software Data Analysis software (e.g. Spotfire, JMP, Matlab, etc.)
