Job Summary
CMMS Project Planner responsible for oversight and management of maintenance work orders across a property portfolio using Maximo CMMS; collaborates with site teams, CMMS Administrator, and management to optimize work order processes, reduce backlogs, and ensure data integrity and timely completion. Key duties include monitoring open work orders, generating analytics and reports, SME-level Maximo reporting, ensuring data accuracy, supporting KPI/SLAs, driving process improvements, communicating with contractors and customers, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred), strong data analytics, reporting skills, and ability to work in a remote/office-based setting with occasional site visits.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance planning, or CMMS administration
- Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS platforms strongly preferred
- Experience in critical operations environment a plus
- Proficiency in IBM Maximo CMMS software
- Strong analytical abilities with data warehouse management and performance data mining
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
