Job Summary
Configure and administer Labs technology platforms, including eMaint, across new and existing client accounts while managing system hierarchies, workflows, and scheduling. Facilitate integrations between Labs tools and client enterprise systems, troubleshooting API connectivity and data mapping issues to ensure accurate data flow. Support end-to-end project delivery from initiation through hypercare, maintaining transition documents and escalating risks to leadership. Develop training materials and standard reporting templates, then diagnose post-go-live support requests to guide end-user resolution. Translate technical requirements into actionable guidance for cross-functional teams while documenting configurations to support audit readiness in regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience administering or implementing enterprise technology platforms preferably in a laboratory, life sciences or scientific operations environment
- Familiarity with IFM technology platforms (such as CMMS, IBM Maximo, Archibus, Planon or similar) and an ability to work across both Labs and IFM technology stacks
- Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, SSO and data exchange protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and recommend solutions
- Ability to support project delivery activities, including planning assistance, risk tracking and stakeholder communication
- Ability to read and produce architecture and process flow diagrams
- Application support and infrastructure fundamentals
- Comfortable working across time zones and in shift-rotation environments
