Job Summary
Operate and program Zeiss CMM machines while executing QA/QC protocols and TPM/TQM practices. Apply NPD processes including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC to ensure product quality. Utilize 7 QC tools, Poka-Yoke, and Kaizen methodologies within Quality Circle activities. Requires 3–4 years of experience in the automobile industry with a DME or BE Mechanical degree. Salary range is 3 to 4 lpa for this Pune-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in operating & programming Zeiss CMM machines
- Strong knowledge of QA / QC and Quality Management
- Knowledge of TPM / TQM practices
- Experience in NPD processes – APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
- Knowledge of Quality Training & Quality Circle activities
- Understanding of 7 QC Tools, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen
- DME / BE Mechanical
- 3–4 Years
