CMM Programmer

Job Summary
CMM Programmer responsible for leading dimensional control processes from program launch through series production. Program, operate, and support dimensional measurement systems (e.g., CMM, Hexagon) to ensure product compliance; monitor and respond to dimensional data from measurement equipment and in-process sensors; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for dimensional issues; drive dimensional improvement to meet customer quality targets (PPM, RMAs) and support FMEA RPN reduction; coordinate cross-functional activities, engagements with customers, and interdepartmental studies while providing training and technical guidance to teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree in a technical discipline preferred
- 2 years' experience programming Zeiss / GOMs Scanning Units
- 2 years of interpreting and responding to coordinate measurement reports, both internally and with an automotive OEM Customer
- GOMs / Zeiss Programming (Certification Preferred)
- Polyworks Inspect Programing (Certification Preferred)
- Statistical Process Control Management
- Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) preferred
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
