CMM Programmer/Technician

Job Summary
Develop and document automated metrology programs following best-practice standards and inspection plan requirements. Maintain accuracy, availability, and revision control for all created programs while resolving issues related to inspection, data collection, and documentation. Create advanced-level CMM programs for complex metrology requirements and provide expert troubleshooting support for metrology and manufacturing-related challenges. Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in metrology processes and coordinate the integration of new metrology software and hardware solutions. The Tool & Gage House seeks candidates with PC-DMIS or Zeiss/Calypso experience to join our Peoria, IL team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma

- PC-DMIS experience
- Zeiss experience
- Calypso experience
- Advanced CMM programming training
- 2+ years of experience programming on a major CMM platform
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
- QS-9000 experience
- ISO-9000 experience
- ISO/IEC 17025 experience
- Advanced GD&T training
- 5+ years in a precision metrology setting
