Job Summary

Develop and maintain CMM programs for first article, in-process, and final inspections while interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T requirements. Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines, perform First Article Inspections (FAIs), and support Engineering and Quality by developing inspection methods and documentation. Maintain CMM equipment, probe qualifications, and program libraries, then troubleshoot quality issues and recommend process improvements. Train CMM operators and assist in developing work instructions. Accurately complete inspection records and documentation. Applicants must have at least three years of CMM programming experience and a strong understanding of GD&T.

  • Experience with the following is highly preferred: Medical device manufacturing
  • Experience with the following is highly preferred: ISO 13485
  • Experience with the following is highly preferred: FDA 21 CFR Part 820
  • Experience with the following is highly preferred: SolidWorks
  • Experience with the following is highly preferred: ERP systems
  • Experience with the following is highly preferred: First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation
