Job Summary
Set up, program, and calibrate CMM machines to inspect parts per specifications across receiving, in-process, final, and shipping stages. Perform and document inspections using precision measuring tools while supporting First Article Inspections, nonconformance reporting, and ERP documentation. Collaborate with Engineering and Production to review MRB dispositions, contribute to corrective actions and audits, and train others in measurement techniques. Maintain self-motivation and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with ISO and FAR requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Contract manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in CMM setup, operation, and programming
- Knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, ISO14001, AS9102, and FAR–DFAR requirements
- Familiarity with quality testing tools and procedures
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to write clear and detailed documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Self-motivation

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities
