Job Summary
Program CMM machines, maintain equipment, and oversee operator training within the quality department. Lead quality assurance efforts by interpreting complex engineering drawings and performing dimensional inspections to ensure product compliance with ASME Y14.5-2018 standards. Apply tolerance analysis and GD&T expertise to support precision manufacturing operations in aerospace, automotive, or related high-performance sectors. Work Monday through Friday in a team focused on reducing defects and improving assembly performance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of CMM operation and programming experience
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2018)
- Experience performing dimensional inspections in a precision manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
