Job Summary
CMM Technician/Programmer responsible for developing, maintaining, and generating CMM programs, performing detailed inspections of production assemblies, tooling, and prototypes, and ensuring CMM output accuracy. Will oversee daily upkeep and calibration of CMM equipment, report inspection results, review specifications to establish inspection criteria, complete First Article inspections with thorough documentation, and communicate out-of-spec measurements. Requires practical CMM programming experience, GD&T proficiency, ability to read 2D/3D drawings, familiarity with machining processes, and strong organizational/documentation skills. Preferred: GD&T training and fixturing experience; hands-on experience with inspection devices. On-site role based in Phoenix, AZ.
