Job Summary
Develop and maintain CMM programs for various manufactured components by interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, and 3D models to create inspection routines. Troubleshoot and optimize existing programs for efficiency, while collaborating with quality, engineering, and production teams to define inspection requirements. Perform first article and in-process inspections, generate comprehensive reports, and calibrate equipment to ensure measurement reliability. This role supports leading manufacturing partners in the Allegan region through the Pivot Group Network, focusing on precision measurement and dimensional accuracy.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with advanced probing techniques (e.g., scanning, freeform surfaces)
- Proficiency in a second CMM software or CAD platform
- Ability to provide basic CMM operational training to others
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis
- Understanding of GD&T beyond basic interpretation, including application and measurement implications
