Job Summary
Program the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) using Camio Inspection software to complete dimensional inspection of completed products. Prepare reports describing studies and document layouts while maintaining equipment and workstation cleanliness for accurate results. Perform project work adhering to deadlines, with other duties as assigned. This permanent, full-time hourly role offers a rate between $24 and $35 and requires experience with Milling machines, blueprints, and GD&T interpretations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating Milling machine, Surface grinder, Drill press, Hand tools and Precision instruments
- Ability to read a blue print
- GD&T interpretations
- Ability to use MS Word & Excel computer applications
- Strong organizational and workload planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a CMM/Portable measuring equipment
- Knowledge/experience in Polyworks
- LK Metrology CAMIO Software
