Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CMIC ERP software
- Overall understanding of project management, accounting, cost control, or procurement
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or system rollouts
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a hands-on operational role
- 3–5 years of experience working with CMIC ERP or similar construction ERP systems
