Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material handling operations to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, warehouse organization, FIFO practices, and inventory control processes while coordinating transportation, freight, packaging, and shipping activities. Supervise, coach, and develop personnel to ensure a safe, productive, and high-performing team. Partner with Production, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure material availability and meet production schedules. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, EHS standards, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of materials, warehouse, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and ERP systems
- Ability to lead teams and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- SAP
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
