Job Summary
Operational and ad-hoc insights support for the Channel Insights team, maintaining channel intelligence datasets across CRM and MDM and third-party sources (PitchBook, D&B, Capital IQ). Perform data validation and research to ensure data integrity, support reporting, dashboards, and automated/AI-enabled analytics, and assist with creating datasets and monitoring data refreshes. Collaborate with leadership to deliver validated insights through dashboards, reports, and emerging automation tools; contribute to data infrastructure and processes powering channel reporting, client intelligence, and growth analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, market intelligence, CRM operations, or related consulting/support roles
- Strong analytical and data quality management skills
- Experience with structured datasets
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Preferred: Power BI, SQL, CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365), PitchBook, D&B, Capital IQ
