Job Summary
Assess community health trends and risks through targeted evaluations and data analysis. Investigate communicable diseases using surveillance and contact tracing methods. Administer immunizations in the office and at community clinics while educating patients on disease prevention. Collaborate with local agencies to develop health programs and advocate for vulnerable populations. Respond to public health emergencies and participate in preparedness planning and drills. Educate individuals, families, and groups with tailored strategies to promote wellness. This full-time role requires a Registered Nurse with a valid license and driver's license, with BLS and NIMS/ICS certifications required within four months. Located in Lewistown, MT, serving five surrounding counties, the position offers flexible hours and travel requirements. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license
- Valid driver's license
- BLS Certification
- National Incident Management System/Incident Command System (NIMS/ICS) 100, 200, and 700a certification within four (4) months of employment
- Must be able to travel
