Job Summary
Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of accredited CME activities including grand rounds, tumor boards, and online learning while ensuring compliance with ACCME standards. Oversee serial conferences, single-site events, and enduring materials, generating internal and external reports for senior management and maintaining a central SharePoint site for data storage. Support the CME Committee by overseeing member appointments, meeting logistics, and conflict of interest disclosures, while assisting with grant acquisition, invoice generation, and fiscal reporting. Serve as a liaison to faculty, departmental representatives, and commercial supporters, ensuring accurate proposal development and high-quality educational delivery across the NYMC system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
- Ability to travel to NYMC affiliate sites and CME events on occasion
- Ability to sit and perform computer work for up to 7 hours per day
- Office-based environment; hybrid schedule with up to two virtual days per week as appropriate to work
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of CME experience preferred
- ACCME Certificate Program in Data Management; Implementing Standards and Integrity
- Experience with Office of CME eeds platform software
- Progressive responsibility in an academic health center or similar environment
- Demonstrated strength in managing multiple projects
- Self-motivated to produce quality work product
