Job Summary
Coordinate tutoring services and manage program operations for the TRIO program by processing applications, connecting students with qualified tutors, and monitoring participation and performance. Maintain accurate program records, assist with reporting, and promote tutoring services to strengthen academic support initiatives. Ensure workshops, bootcamps, and other student programming are well-coordinated and run smoothly. This role supports student academic success through collaborative efforts with team members, faculty, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree OR 5 years of related experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with students, faculty, and staff
- Commitment to student success
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Previous involvement in or connection to a TRIO program
- Experience in tutoring, academic support, student services, or higher education
