Job Summary
Coordinate tutoring services and manage program operations for the TRIO program by processing applications, connecting students with appropriate tutors, and identifying qualified staff. Monitor student participation and tutor performance while maintaining accurate records and assisting with reporting. Promote tutoring services, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with team members to strengthen academic support initiatives. Ensure workshops, bootcamps, and other student programming run smoothly. Requires an Associate's degree or five years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
