Job Summary
Certified Medication Assistant II (CMA II) needed for PRN/on-call shifts at a not-for-profit senior housing/service facility. Responsibilities include resident-centered nursing and daily living assistance under supervision of a charge nurse; administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse; document care outcomes; collect vital signs; support wellness and recreational programs; assist with activities of daily living; provide psycho-social support; may assist with transfers and mobility; requires CMA II license and appropriate state CNA/CMA certification per state requirements; 12-hour shifts, 22-28 USD/hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- CMA II license required at time of hire
- CMA certification (CMA/TMA) as required by state practice (Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota)
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registration or ability to obtain within state requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
