CMA (Medication Aide)-Memory Care Part Time-(Sat/Sun 10p-6a)

Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for Memory Care part-time role serving residents with medication preparation and administration, including documenting conditions in the EHR/Care Tracker, vital signs, and communicating with residents, families, teammates, and supervisors. Responsibilities include preparing/administering medications per physician orders and facility policies, documenting resident conditions in EHRs, reporting incidents, promoting resident independence and well-being, assisting with care plans and supplies, and adhering to infection control practices. Requires CMA certification and CNA certification, high school diploma, CMA course completion, and 1 year of related experience (5 years preferred). Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and have reliable transportation; environment involves healthcare settings and potential exposure to infectious conditions.
