Job Summary
CMA position involved in clinical duties (sterilizing exam rooms, preparing patients, taking vital signs, recording histories, updating records) and administrative duties (check-in/check-out, inventory, HIPAA compliance, EMR/EHR tasks). Requires CCMA certification and BLS, strong organization, independent work capability, effective communication, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include patient preparation for exams, conducting tests (subject to protocol training), handling specimens, and adherence to rotation schedules while maintaining accurate electronic records.
Required Qualifications
- Active CCMA certification through an accredited organization
- Active BLS Certification
