Job Summary
Medication Partner (Part-Time) at Vitalia Senior Residences, Westlake, OH. Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care; create an empathetic, inclusive environment; engage residents in development and training opportunities; enter information about residents accurately; maintain a positive, engaging work atmosphere and support fellow team members. Must be at least 18, have a HS diploma or equivalent, be able to read/write/understand English, and be physically able to stand/walk/bend/kneel/stoop with the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds; must be criminally cleared. Sign-on bonus of $2,000 available; wage range $21.00–$26.50 per hour for evening shift (7pm–11pm) with part-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents
- Positive and energetic attitude towards residents
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop; lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Criminal background clearance
