Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN in Nephrology at East Campus, join our nephrology team and work closely with clinical staff to assist with injections, manage triage, and provide direct patient care. Responsibilities include collecting patient health data, reviewing records with physicians, handling office duties (demographic and insurance information, scheduling, creating lab orders), collaborating with the care team, communicating with patients and colleagues, documenting care, facilitating reimbursement, maintaining a safe and organized office, and adapting to additional duties in patient care. Requires 3 months to 1 year of related experience; education: two-year college degree or equivalent certification; certification as CMA or valid LPN/RN. Schedule is 8am-5pm, four days per week. Required Qualifications
- Certification of Medical Assistant or valid LPN/RN required
- Education equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study or certification at a business or trade school
