Job Summary
CMA/LPN roles at Great Falls Clinic Hospital involve assisting in examination, treatment, or diagnostic procedures under physician direction, acting as the primary liaison between patients and the care team, and supporting a collaborative interdisciplinary unit. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, triaging calls, refilling prescriptions, completing prior authorizations, and guiding CNAs and schedulers. Required Qualifications
- CMA or LPN licensure (CMA/RMA acceptable for CMA track)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Graduate of a nursing program for LPN track
- CMA/RMA certification or equivalent credential for CMA role
- Ability to take vital signs, triage calls, refill prescriptions, complete prior authorizations
- Ability to work with CNA's and Schedulers; communicate with providers, nurses coordinators, clinical managers/supervisors
- Pre-employment screening including criminal background check, drug screening, and health/immunizations requirements
