Job Summary
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) under the direct supervision of the charge nurse performs med pass and routine patient care to support high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include completing timely and accurate medication administration, participating in shift reports, following infection control and hand-washing guidelines, documenting in charting, reporting conditional changes to the Patient Care Supervisor, inventorying drugs, and participating in meetings and trainings. Requires current CMA certification and effective English communication; prior patient care experience preferred.
