Job Summary
Administer oral and topical medications to residents as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, strictly adhering to state, federal, and facility policies. Record all medication administration and vital signs using the computer system while documenting pain complaints and reporting adverse reactions to licensed staff. Maintain resident health and comfort by answering call lights, making rounds, and performing routine daily tasks to optimize safety and reduce medical errors. Report observed changes in resident condition or behavior and unusual incidents promptly.
